This policy explains how Peakie Tools collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, sign in, connect Google, or create work in your Peakie Tools workspace.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication status, and workspace membership.
  • Workspace content you add to Peakie Tools, including brand details, logos, images, products, documents, catalogues, campaigns, websites, tasks, and support messages.
  • Files or links you choose to import, including public Google Drive file or folder links when you ask Peakie Tools to copy images into your library.
  • Usage, device, and security information used to keep the service reliable, protect accounts, and understand product performance.
  • Payment and subscription information processed through our payment providers when you purchase paid features.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, and route you to the correct workspace.
  • To provide Peakie Tools features, including website building, document editing, product catalogues, social content creation, newsletters, task management, asset storage, and AI-assisted creation.
  • To import, transform, store, export, publish, or share the content you intentionally provide to the platform.
  • To provide customer support, send service notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.
  • To personalize your workspace only where you request it or give consent, such as optional private personalization from selected workspace data.

Google user data

  • If you choose Continue with Google, Peakie Tools uses Google account identity information such as your email address, name, and profile image to sign you in and connect you to your workspace.
  • If you paste a Google Drive file or folder link for import, Peakie Tools accesses the linked file or folder only to copy the images or assets you selected into your workspace library.
  • Peakie Tools does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, and we do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or with your explicit direction.
  • You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page, and you can contact us to request deletion of account or workspace data.

Service providers

  • We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, analytics, email, payments, and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate Peakie Tools.
  • When AI features are used, the content you submit may be sent to AI providers to generate, analyze, or edit the requested output. We do not ask AI providers to train public models on your private workspace content.

Your choices

  • You can update or delete workspace content from within the product where the relevant feature supports it.
  • You can sign out at any time and revoke third-party account access through the provider that granted it.
  • You can request account deletion, workspace deletion, or a data access review by contacting Peakie Tools.
