Using Peakie Tools
- Peakie Tools is a business workspace for creating, organizing, editing, publishing, and sharing branded websites, documents, product catalogues, social media assets, newsletters, tasks, and related business materials.
- You are responsible for the information, files, images, links, products, customer lists, and other content you add to your workspace.
- You must use Peakie Tools only for lawful business, creative, or organizational purposes and must not use the service to harm others, violate rights, or bypass security controls.
Accounts and access
- You may need an account to use workspace features. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- If you sign in with Google, Peakie Tools uses your Google account identity information to authenticate you and connect you to the correct workspace.
- Workspace owners and invited members are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and content shared from their workspace.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you upload, create, or import into Peakie Tools.
- You grant Peakie Tools permission to host, process, copy, transform, export, publish, and display your content only as needed to provide the features you request.
- If you import files or assets from third-party services, you confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to use that content in Peakie Tools.
AI-assisted features
- Peakie Tools may provide AI-assisted drafting, design, analysis, image, document, website, and campaign features.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require review. You are responsible for checking generated content before publishing, sending, printing, or relying on it.
- You must not submit content to AI features unless you have the right to process that content through the service.
Payments and subscriptions
- Some Peakie Tools features may require a paid plan, credits, usage limits, or third-party payment processing.
- Prices, included features, usage limits, and billing periods may change when plans are updated. Any paid feature will show the relevant terms before purchase or activation where required.
- Third-party payment providers process payment details. Peakie Tools does not ask you to send card details through support messages.
Service availability
- Peakie Tools may update, add, remove, suspend, or limit features to maintain the service, improve reliability, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
- We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every generated or exported result will meet every use case.
Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains how Peakie Tools collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects account, workspace, and Google user data.
- By using Peakie Tools, you also agree that your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
